This is a flying mount. A deadly combination of fel and horse. Quest:The Wrathsteed of Xoroth. Netherlord's Chaotic Wrathsteed. Increases flight speed by 310%/280%/150%. Increases ground speed by 100%. 0 seconds remaining.

The Netherlord’s Chaotic Wrathsteed screams “I’m a warlock” more than its predecessor the Dreadsteed of Xoroth. The latter is a black stallion whose hooves and mane is burning with a sinister flame, has spikes on both of its sides, and has seven horns (three pairs on both sides and one facing front). The former got that heavy and gothic battle armor, that signature Fel-green glow, and its two most prominent horns got even more significant and curved back even more.

Wrathsteed
For the first step, you should talk to Mor’zul Bloodbringer. He’s the same guy that got you the Dreadsteed of Xoroth, and he’s still in your classes order hall.

Just like the last time, you’ll have to build a portal, but this time it’s a quest aptly and uninspiredly called “If You Build It.” For the quest, you’ll need 5 Felslate, 3 Chaotic Spinel, and 1 Unbending Potion.
Other than building a portal, you’ll also have to complete two additional quests since you’ll need both of the items they’re going to yield. There’s the Legion Invasion Scenario Fel to the Core; as the quest name suggests, it will give you an Overcharged Fel Core. There’s also the Give Me Fuel, Give Me Fire quest, which you’ll need to do to get 50 Owlbeast Blood.
Also, you’ll need the Xorothian Calling Stone. To get it, you’ll have to use your Succubus’ Seduction to make the Xorothian Cultist on the Dark Stockades on the Broken Shore to lead you to their leader, Zuriwa the Hexxer. Keep in mind that she’s guarded by Xul’rath and Kol’rath.
Taming the Wrathsteed
Once you have gotten all of the items and finished the necessary quests, you’ll finally be able to enter the portal and begin the Calling the Wrathsteed scenario. The scenario has three stages:
1.The Calling Stone: you have to place the Xorothian Calling Stone in the middle of the circle once Mor’zul has activated the portal.
2.The Minions of Xoroth: Arax’ath will summon minions from the portal to attack you with three waves, so be ready.
3.The Fel Knight: Arax’ath will come out of the portal and try to take you down himself. To defeat him, aside from casting your usual offensive spells, you’ll need to continually be ready with recovery spells, including Drain Life and Create Healthstone, and summon Voidwalkers. The last part is essential because Arax’ath will still be summoning minions. So, if you got Voidwalkers with you, you won’t have to divide your attention just to deal with these nuisances.
The Wrathsteed Of Xoroth
After defeating Arax’ath, you’ll have a short window of opportunity to enslave the Wrathsteed before it goes back to the portal. Then, a cinematic play: Mor’zul summons the council and tries to bind the horse, but knocks everyone down with a pulse of energy (except you, who successfully binds it and keeps it).
