I have the 3ds Action Replay and have been searching for the game id for Harvest Moon Tale of Two Towns for the 3DS NOT the ds version, '3DS!' Any help would seriously be appreciated. I've been messing around with custom cheats a bit and I've hit a small road block. I was wondering if you good people could help me out. I'm kinda addicted to harvest moon and Pokemon, that being said, I've been playing harvest moon tale of two towns (eu version, us wouldn't play) and I've been able to put in quite a few AR codes successfully. Enter 牧場物語　ふたごの村 in Google, somewhere on the first two pages I saw some cheats for the Action Replay yesterday, as I was trying to find out how to feed the wild animals properly (or if throwing them around is the answer). As I am not using any cheats, I did not really look into it. Seemed to be the normal ones, money etc.
Oh, Google Translate is a good helper for non-Japanese speakers.xD

Action Replay isn't illegal though. If they were, they would be for sale in GameStop and F.Y.E. Maybe the Very Bad Things™ are illegal but action replay isn't...

AR codes and their uses are perfectly acceptable. The AR device is not illegal (unlike the R4 and other flash cartridges) and asking about codes is allowable. Granted, you may receive replies to your topic from other users indicating that you are taking the fun out of the game, but that is one of the downsides to cheating. If you don't know what AR codes are or how to use them, then please read this Wikipedia article. The UNoT forum users are not here to teach you how to use your cheat device.

i do used AR codes, but only after year 4. i'm married by then and i normally have everthing set. i just get lazy and it kinda spicies it up.....

^Nope. The AR card treats the English version as a completely different game, so codes for the Japanese versions never work on the English. The people who make the codes usually come up with ones that do more-or-less the same things (though not always)

They might not always come up with English codes, but the Japanese Codes can easily be converted into English codes. Well not easily, but pretty much.
