Digital Film Tools have released a new product called 'reFine' which claims to offer superior results by decomposing the video into three layers, course medium and fine.·Each detail layer can be manipulated separately in various ways, for example, sharpening or smoothing. The $99 price seems pretty good for the plugin seeing as one licence will work across applications for stills and another licence will work for video apps.
