There is nothing that I found in Acronis documentation that tells you that the universal restore might not be available on the bootable CD. When I created the bootable media in the first place, a year ago, I thought I had everything I needed to do a universal restore.
I contacted Support over Chat, very unprofessional and slow response. Waited more that 2 hours just to get information that they will contact me by email.
I have 50 Acronis Advanced Backup 11.7 licenses.
Can anyone help me download Universal Restore tool?

We can't share our own copies as that would be a breach of the license agreement for our own software. What was the issue they stated as to why you can't get Universal Restore. It should be installed when you install 11.7, but it is it's own tool outside of product. Normally, if you start typing 'universal' in your Windows search bar, you should 'run universal restore media builder' pop up. However, if not, look for it under:
C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesAcronisUniversalRestoreUniversalRestore.exe
